Tribune Tower On The Market

Chairman and Chief Executive of Tribune Co. Sam Zell announced that he would consider selling the Tribune Tower as a way to maximize its value this past Wednesday. Zell does not plan on selling unless the price is absolutely high enough and he will use the proceeds to pay down the debt from his $8.2 billion deal last year. Chicago Tribune (June 25, 2008)
