Texas Monthly led the pack with 15 total awards at the 2008 City and Regional Magazine Association Awards in Memphis, Tennessee. Los Angeles Magazine was a close second, earning 14 awards of its own. Texas Monthly avenged last year’s second place finish to Los Angeles in the general excellence category by winning this year. SacTown and Inside Columbia also each earned their first awards ever.
