Britain’s largest supermarket chain, TESCO, has plans to open a wholesale Cash & Carry business in INDIA.  In addition, Tesco has signed a deal with India’s TATA Group to develop it’s hypermarket business.   Currently, India’s government has foreign investment rules that prevents multi-brand retailers such as Walmart and Tesco from opening retail outlets.
