MuscleMag takes an exclusive, in-depth look at an American, Austrian and worldwide celebrity in a special issue devoted entirely to the fascinating Arnold Schwarzenegger. This 240-plus-page Collector’s Edition includes more than 200 photos — some never before seen — of the bodybuilder nicknamed “The Oak.” But it is so much more than a fan-zine.
MuscleMag has assembled a detailed portrait of Arnold, beginning with his teenage years in Austria right on up to the present day (as he deals with one whopper of a budget crisis in California). His bodybuilding accomplishments are covered in greatest detail, particularly the run-up to the 1975 Mr. Olympia bodybuilding competition, which was the focus of the independent documentary Pumping Iron. Among the highlights of this special is a feature written by fellow bodybuilder Franco Columbu. There is also this quote from the man whose start in bodybuilding catapulted him to an extraordinary life:
“I would not be any where today without having gone through those bodybuilding years — those years of training hard and winning competitions. Those years of being tested continually as a human being.”

We don’t know exactly what the governor of California thinks of this Special Collector’s issue, but from the photo below, we’re pretty sure he’s read it!
