Prologix Suspends Deliveries in South Houston Areas

Last night, Prologix decided to suspend deliveries in areas south of Houston on Friday, September 12th, due to the expected landfall of Hurricane Ike.  The company will make recovery plans once the effects of the storm become known, according to an email to supply chain partners from Chrystine Julian, Corporate Director of Communications for Prologix.

Tropical Storm Fay Batters Northeast Florida

Tropical Storm Fay is grinding away in Florida like a slow motion disaster that could dump 30 inches of rain in some areas.  Twenty-five inches have already fallen in Melbourne.  Florida Gov.
