			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Just ahead of peak home-improvement time comes the premiere issue of <em>Fresh Home</em>, the new, newsstand-only shelter magazine from <a href="http://www.rd.com" target="_blank">Reader&#8217;s Digest</a> (and the best-performing test concept the publisher has seen in years).  <em>Fresh Home </em>puts a new spin on a category that has weathered some storms in recent years.  First of all, it aims for a slightly younger demographic than the established home magazines, specifically, <span style="text-decoration: underline;">women and couples between 25 and 50 years of age</span>.  But more than that, <em>freshHome</em> is really meant for Do-it-Yourselfers, or at least the DIY-minded!</p>
<p>Look for 300,000 copies of this new quarterly on display in national home centers, leading supermarkets, mass merchandisers, drug and specialty retailers.</p>
