“Radar” Increases Rate Base and Frequency

Radar magazine announced that it will increase it’s rate base from 150,000 to 200,000 and will add 2 more issues, taking its frequency from 6 to 8 issues a year.  The change will take place this coming February.  To aid this change, Radar hired P.J.
