The Publishers Group of America is set to increase circulation of its newspaper food magazine Relish from 12 million to 15 million starting in January 2009. Jack Kliger, former chairman of the Magazine Publishers of America, is stepping down as president and chief executive officer of Hachette Filipacchi and will become chairman of HFM U.S.; a newly created position.
