Experts Say Gas Prices Could Be Cut In Half

According to four energy analysts, gas prices could be cut in half, to around $2 a gallon, if Congress passes a law to limit speculation in energy-futures markets.  They went on to say that the price cut would take effect within 30 days of the law being passed.   MarketWatch (June 23, 2008)
