Delays Expected; Truckers Strike, Union Pacific Places Embargo
Many independent truckers have initiated a strike in Northern California, lining their trucks bumper to bumper outside of Union Pacific’s rail terminal, aggressively protesting all transactions at the terminal and slowing all progress to a crawl in response to the lack of support for elevated diesel prices.
