Hachette Buys UK’s Digital Spy

Hachette Filipacchi has bought Digital Spy, the UK’s biggest entertainment news website, for an undisclosed sum.  The site (digitalspy.co.uk), which attracts more than 2 million unique visitors a month, will offer cross-promotional and content-sharing opportunities for other Hachette sites, along with its international network .  NewMediaAge.co.uk  (Apr. 11, 2008)
