Bonnier’s New Launch — Science Illustrated — Goes On-Sale December 18th

The U.S. magazine (cover-priced at $4.99) will re-purpose content already being produced for the publisher’s successful Danish edition.  Initial circ. is budgeted at 100,000 with plans to raise it 500,000 within five years.  The last launch of a general-interest, science magazine was Discover’s in 1980.  The New York Post  (Dec. 7, 2007)
