Time Out Beijing Banned in China

China’s General Administration of Press and Publications has banned the June issue of Time Out Beijing. Editor Tom Pattinson said that the reason for the ban was because the magazine was missing a printing permit, but also acknowledged the suspicious timing of the ban, only 2 months before the Summer Olympic Games.
