As of Monday, August 30, Crystal McPherson has joined Bob Zawacki’s team in the Sales Operations department. As Operations Analyst, she reports directly to Jill Grillo and will assist the department with printer confirmations for over 400 titles, shipment reconciliations, and promotional invoices. Everyone in the department is very excited to have her valuable experience.
