Runner’s World and JetBlue Help Readers Get Where They Want to Go

Rodale recently launched a website, welcomerunners.com, that helps runners find training tips and book flights. By connecting the two, Runner’s World broke new airline business with a multiplatform deal for JetBlue Airlines. Running and traveling may seem disconnected, but many running fanatics want to experience new places in their running. While most enthusiast titles’ ad pages are declining, Runner’s World’s are steadily on the uprise. MediaWeek (April 14, 2008)
