Retail Tenants to Return to Hearst Tower

Actually, the building on 8th Avenue and 57th Street was only six stories tall when there were last retail tenants in residence. Construction of the new tower necessitated their departure, but now CB Richard Ellis has been named retail leasing agent, and the hunt is on… A women’s apparel retailer, an athletic supplier and a high-end perfume maker are reportedly considering the space.
