Printer Quebecor World Inc. has received court approval to sell its European operations (comprised of 17 facilities, employing some 3,500 people in six countries) to Hombergh/De Pundert Group (HHBV), a Netherlands based investment group for 133 million euros ($206.2 million).  Direct Newsline  (June 19, 2008)
