PIB Reports Mag Ad Page Sales Down 8% in 2nd Quarter

The 2Q decline (compared to the prior year period) follows a 6.4% drop in the first quarter and a 0.8% fall-off last year (compared to 2006). Steep drops in advertising for automobiles and computers were the main culprits. The New York Times (July 11, 2008)
