Oprah’s Cable TV Network Hires a President

Robin Schwartz, a former head of Regency Television studio and onetime vice president of programming at Walt Disney Co.’s ABC Family channel, takes the helm of OWN (the Oprah Winfrey Network) a little more than a year before its launch.  The Wall Street Journal  (June 19, 2008)  Paid subscription may be required.Â
