Does “Ship of Oprah” Face a Headwind?

She’s not taking on water, but Oprah appears to be sailing into, perhaps, a touch of foul weather. That any of the multifarious enterprises Oprah Winfrey captains isn’t doing stupendously well is news, so here is the NYT’s take on what dips in audience numbers for Oprah’s daytime TV show and magazine may mean for the “Queen of All Media.” (Incidentally, the daytime TV talker nipping at Oprah’s heels, Dr. Phil, has an audience one third smaller than hers, and — oh, by the way — was first given a TV platform by Oprah, herself.)
