ND Execs Report on “One Voice” Initiative for Newsstand Industry

The magazine industry must mobilize its resources to present a unified mesage about the newsstand to retailers with as much dedication as it brings to other areas, such as postal rate lobbying.  That was the contention of Drew Wintemberg, executive vp of sales for Time/Warner Retail Sales & Marketing.  Along with Jay Felts, senior vp of sales for CMG, and Jay Wysong, executive vp and coo for DSI, he previewed the shared industry presentation that has been much clamored for in recent months.  Highlights of the presentation — and a complete recap of last week’s Retail Conference — are available in the April edition of the IPDA’s Newsstand Forum.  IPDA April Newsletter  (April 2008)
