Manhattan Media Acquires Latin Media Management

Manhattan Media has recently acquired Latin Media Management, which includes Latin Trade Magazine and the Bravo Business Awards. To go along with this acquisition, Manhattan Media has formed Miami Media, a subsidiary that will oversee these newly acquired magazines and put an emphasis on future business with Latin America, the Caribbean, and southern Florida.
