Large Retailers Place Ads at “Social-Shopping” Sites

Nike made a three-day, site-wide buy on Hearst-owned Kaboodle.com, concluding at the end of “Cyber Monday,” yesterday. American Express is sponsoring Time Inc.’s In Style Shopping and ShopStyle.com. The Holidays are traditionally a time for retailers to experiment with their advertising.
