Kroger Co. announced plans on Friday to establish a television network, called KTV, as a way to connect employees in its 154-store, central division.  A full schedule of programming will originate from a new studio in the central region’s Indianapolis offices or from Kroger headquarters in Cincinnati.  Employee training and development will be the network’s chief mission.  The Rockford Register Star (IL)  (Feb. 22, 2008)
