Jack Kliger, ceo of Hachette Filipacchi Media U.S., announced the closure, following the October issue, in a statement released today.  In recent years, the publisher has pulled the plug on other underperforming titles, such as For Me, Elle Girl and Shock.  Folio:  (Aug. 20, 2008)
