Great News For New York Magazine

New York magazine has achieved a 3.4% increase in single copy (newsstand) sales for the first half of 2008, even after raising its cover price by 20%. Lindsay Lohan, Hilary Clinton, and Eliot Spitzer were among some of the subjects used as featured stories that led to the strongest selling issues. Also, the number of paid subscribers to New York has grown significantly over the past three years, a jump of over 38,000 or 12%. Media Bistro (August 8, 2008)
