Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market, yesterday, announced its plans to open an additional 10 grocery stores in the Las Vegas area, where the company currently operates 11 stores. Some of the locations are already in development and will open later in the year. Fresh & Easy operates more than 60 stores in Southern California, Arizona and Nevada.
