Exec Shakeup at Meredith Corp.
In an effort to enhance corporate and cross-platform sales, Meredith Corp. recently moved around a lot of execs. Jack Bamberger took the title of chief innovation officer, focusing on the company’s 18-month-old marketing unit, Meredith 360. Jeannine Shao Collins joins him as vp of client solutions. Michael Brownstein is returning to a previous position of senior vp, corporate sales. He will be vacating his role as publisher of the Parenthood Group. Another publisher moving to corporate sales is Jan Studin, who will work under Brownstein as vp. Jim Carr has been promoted to vp, group publisher of Family Circle and Better Homes. Carey Witmer takes over Carr’s old publisher position at Family Circle. MediaWeek (April 30, 2008)
