Mark Pasetsky, the former editor of Life & Style, has plans to launch a new online website dedicated to the evaluation of magazine and newspaper covers.  Coverawards.com is set to launch in the first quarter of 2008.  Readers will also be able to submit their own comments.  Pasetsky says the new website will provide the chance for editors and publishers to get real-time feedback on covers after they appear in newsstands, which he believes will be a great resource for them.  The website will primarily focus on celebrity weeklies, but Pasetsky says he will be open to other covers as well.  MediaWeek (12/31/07).
