The launch issue of Cesar’s Way, a joint venture between sports management and entertainment firm IMG and Cesar Millan, the TV star/dog trainer, will hit stands next week. A second issue is planned for this year, with six to come in 2010.   The Wall Street Journal Sept. 10, 2009  Paid subscripton may be required.
