Digital Mags Increase Fivefold in Past Three Years

Folio: reports that consumers highly value both digital editions — which preserve the look and “browse-ability” of the printed product and the searchability of magazine websites.  Technological improvements in recent years enable vendors to can add RSS feeds, enhanced ads, plus other bells and whistles to digital editions, while publishers still only need to supply PDF versions of the magazine.  What’s more, entry costs are low.  Folio:  (Apr. 9, 2008)
