Cygnus Is Listening To Offers From Potential Buyers

Cygnus Business Media is passing up on the soft M&A market and exploring a potential sale, according to its co-CEOs, Tony O’Brien and Carr Davis. Davis says that the company has been approached several times and is currently exploring “a process.” While the company is not officially up for sale, is still listening to different offers and considering all the different possibilities.
