Guardian News & Media has bought ContentNext, the parent company of the digital business website PaidContent, as part of its US expansion. ContentNext was founded in April 2002 and has since expanded to 23 staff and taken investment from the venture capital firm Greycroft Partners. The founder of ContextNext, Rafat Ali, said, “The Guardian’s international reputation for editorial integrity and digital innovation make it the perfect partner to help ContentNext to grow its expanding platform.”  Guardian (July 11, 2008)
