BusinessWeek Chicago Retires Early

After only 8 issues, McGraw Hill Cos. is pulling the plug on BusinessWeek Chicago due to its extremely slow ad sales. The magazine was supposed to be the first of a series of city-based supplements to the national magazine but because of BusinessWeek Chicago’s lack of success, that plan has been scrapped.
