Brooklyn Based Mass Appeal Closes

The Brooklyn-based hip-hop and lifestyle magazine, Mass Appeal, is closing its doors after 12 years. Colossal Media, which owns the niche title, will continue to publish a female-oriented spinoff, Missbehave, as well as Mass Appeal’s website. Sources indicate that the print edition may be sold off and eventually be relaunched. Folio (May 14, 2008)
