The president of the Associated Press Managing Editors group says that journalists from the Cedar Rapids Gazette and other newspapers in Iowa have had their homes and belongings destroyed by tornadoes and flooding. David Ledford, the vice president of news and executive editor of The News Journal in Wilmington, DE has established a relief foundation that is accepting donations. NPPA (June 17, 2008)
