Alpha Media in Re-Structuring Talks

Alpha Media, the publisher of Maxim and Blender, is in violation of debt covenants, after a precipitous decline in its financial results, due to the advertising slowdown.  The Wall Street Journal (Nov. 22, 2008)  Paid subscription may be required.
