What do I do if CONCUR gives me a Red X Error?

When you go into CONCUR and it gives you an Red X error when loading:

This error is a common error due to your java settings within Internet Explorer. To resolve this issue in Internet Explorer, go to Tools => Internet Options

When Internet Options opens select the last tab labeled Advanced. Scroll down to where you see the options of Java (IBM) and/or Sun Java. If either of these are checked, click where the check mark is which will remove the check mark.

Once the check is removed click on Apply.

Then click on OK.

Then refresh the page by selcting F5 or by clicking on the refresh button at top of page. The refresh button could look like the following depending on your browser:
