How do I perform a Disk Cleanup?

Open My Computer. Once open right click on C Drive, select Properties.

This opens up on the General Tab. Click on Disk Cleanup button.

This disk cleanup window will appear while it is processing.

Once this is complete you will have a window appear with items to check to perform the disk cleanup on. Select the following (put a checkbox to left of item):

Downloaded Program Files
Temporary Internet Files
Offline Web Pages
Recycle Bin
Temporary Files

Once selected click on OK button at the bottom.

When it prompts you to verify if you are sure about your selections, click Yes.

You can close the My Computer window once done. It will finish the process of disk cleanup in the background.
