How do I run Disk Defragmenter to optimize my computers performance?

Open My Computer. Once open right click on C Drive, select Properties.

This opens into General Tab. Select Tools tab at the top. Once opened to Tools tab, in the center where it says Defragmentation, click on Defragment. Now.

In the new window that appears, click on Defragment button.

This will take a good amount of time to complete. Once done you will have a window appear, just click on Close.

You can close My Computer window once done.
