Athlon Sports Communications Signs Agreement with CMG

Athlon Sports Communications, Inc., has signed an agreement with Comag Marketing Group LLC. (CMG) for the sale, marketing and distribution of its complete portfolio of consumer magazines, beginning in January 2010.  The first issue to be managed by CMG will be Athlon Racing (on-sale 1/19/10). 

Hearst Acquires Ee365.cn

Hearst Business Media and IDG have partnered in the acquisition of Ee365.cn, a news and technology website that will target Chinese engineers.  Ee365.cn launched in June 2006 and is divided into 21 channels based on several different industrial segments.  China’s Publishing House of Electronic Industry is also involved in the partnership, though the exact details… Read more »

Source Interlink Distribution Files Suit Against Time Warner

Wegman's Signs RDA/Front End Services Agreement With Premier Retail Services
